    Oven Baked Garlic Red Potato Fries

    These garlic fries are simple, easy, and delicious. With just a few simple ingredients, you can turn those basic fries into a treat you’ll love to make, over and over. Best of all, these fries are made in the oven which makes them healthier than skillet fried potatoes.

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    Drizzle olive oil on a baking sheet and set aside.

    Wash, rinse, and dry red potatoes. Then cut into halves, then 1/4 inch wedges. (Leave skins on.) Place the potatoes in a large bowl and season with garlic powder. Add salt and pepper.

    Place potatoes on the oiled baking sheet. Spread the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet. Be sure to coat the potatoes on both sides with olive oil.

    Place in the oven to bake for 30-35 minutes. Turning potatoes once at 15 minutes, to ensure potatoes are browned evenly on both sides. Remove from the oven. Add additional salt and pepper to taste; if desired. Let the potatoes cool before eating.
