The Worx Chicken Nachos recipe is jam-packed with everything you need to have the ultimate party night! Chicken nachos loaded with Cheddar Jack cheese, Roma tomatoes, bell pepper, avocado, black beans, olives, green onions, sour cream, and bacon bits.

The FillingShred 1 lb pound of rotisserie chicken. In a skillet heat a tablespoon of oil, and add the shredded chicken. Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken and distribute evenly. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add in tomato paste and incorporate it into the mixture with a spoon. Turn down the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. |

In a medium saucepan add milk and Velveeta cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese has completely melted. |

On a large baking tray (or 2 standard-sized trays), add a layer of tortilla chips and spread evenly on the tray. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese (and **optional-layer of melted cheese). Then add a layer of shredded chicken. Repeat the layering process of chips, cheese, and chicken, twice more or until ingredients are used. |
