2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 1/2 Cup Saltine Crackers crushed; or panko bread crumbs
1/2 Cup Onion chopped
1/4 Cup Bell Pepper (Green) chopped
2 Large Eggs
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper ground
1/3 Cup Ketchup
1 Teaspoon Worcesterchire Sauce
1/2 Cup Ketchup Glaze Sauce
1 Tablespoon Mustard Glaze Sauce
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar Glaze Sauce
2 Tablespoons Worcesterchire Sauce Glaze Sauce

    Down-home, traditional, classic meatloaf.

    This recipe is the  essence of comfort food;

    Tasty, tangy ground beef made with saltine crackers, seasonings, onions and bell peppers, topped with a touch of sweetness from a delicious brown sugar glaze sauce.

    What goes great with classic meatloaf? Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Simply Brown Gravy.

    Meatloaf

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

    In a large bowl mix ground beef, crackers, onion, bell pepper, egg, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.

    In a small bowl add remaining ingredients: ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce; blend well.

    Place meat mixture into loaf pan. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven. (Pour excess grease into a heat safe container and dispose after cooled.)

    Pour sauce mixture over meatloaf and return to oven for 10-15 minutes or until meatloaf is thoroughly cooked through the center.

    Let meatloaf cool in pan for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
