Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 1/2 cups; uncooked Jasmine Rice
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1-1 1/2 pounds Shrimp
1 1/2 cups Mixed Vegetables
2-3 cloves: minced Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder
3; large Eggs
2-3; chopped Green Onions
3-4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
to taste Salt and Pepper

    Want-Some Shrimp Fried Rice

     

    This shrimp fried rice recipe is easy and perfect for nights when you’re craving take-out. Made with tantalizing shrimp prepared in sesame oil, ginger powder,  and vegetables with ginger powder.

    Prepare rice according to packaging instructions. And set aside.

    In a large non-stick skillet add oil(s) and shrimp and cook on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet (let the oil remain in the pan for further cooking).

    Add frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Add the garlic and ginger powder; mix well.

    Push the vegetables to the side, and add the eggs. Once scrambled, incorporate the eggs into the vegetables.

    Add rice, eggs, and green onions; stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. And add soy sauce.

    Plate and enjoy!
