This shrimp fried rice recipe is easy and perfect for nights when you’re craving take-out. Made with tantalizing shrimp prepared in sesame oil, ginger powder, and vegetables with ginger powder.

Prepare rice according to packaging instructions. And set aside. |

In a large non-stick skillet add oil(s) and shrimp and cook on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet (let the oil remain in the pan for further cooking). |

Add frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Add the garlic and ginger powder; mix well. |

Push the vegetables to the side, and add the eggs. Once scrambled, incorporate the eggs into the vegetables. |

Add rice, eggs, and green onions; stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. And add soy sauce. Plate and enjoy! |
