In an 8-quart stockpot, heat cooking oil on medium-high. Add onion and garlic, and cook until translucent for 4-6 minutes. Add kielbasa and rosemary. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. |

Add beans, chicken broth and bay leaves to the pot. |

Bring the soup to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer, add pasta and continue to simmer for 20-25 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Remove the bay leaves from the soup. |

Stir in the chopped kale. Continue to cook on low for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove the soup from the heat. Spoon soup into a bowl and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Enjoy! |
