1 and 1/2 sticks Butterroom temperature

3/4 cup Milk

1/2 cup Sour Cream

These mashed potatoes are so easy, you’ll be enjoying their creamy, buttery goodness in no time at all.
Simple and delicious.
For extra flavor finish them off with butter, chives, smoked bacon bits, parmesan, or shredded cheese.

Peel potatoes and rinse in cool water. |

Fill a large pot with water, and add potatoes and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. |

Cook potatoes until soft. (Fork should pass through potatoes easily when pierced.) Drain potatoes and return to the pot. |

Mash potatoes with a potato masher. Add butter, milk, and sour cream. Mix until creamy. |
